Not every accessibility should be targeted towards the traveler. What about the people who live there? When I observe a place being inaccessible. I am often told that I should go to the right places. What is a right place? Every place where people exist is the right place for a person with a disability to exist. Here is are some points: 1) Measure accessibility from the POV of the common person living there with average salary and most minimum luxury available. Why? Because accessibility is expensive and if there is constant need to spend on it then the city has failed. 2) Accessibility information should be widely available. Not hidden on some website in a list tab.
